On receipt of this booking form you will be invoiced for the cost of the course(s).
£100 non refundable deposit is required to secure each course place. Payment can be made via BACS or cheque, bank details will be included on the invoice.
If you wish to pay by card, this will be processed via PayPal, and is subject to a 5% surcharge.
